Electric Holding Furnaces

OEE Companies can manufacture and supply your electric holding furnaces for all foundry applications. Heating elements are NiCr. We can customize the furnace shape, power supply, melt rate, controls and load capacity. Electric furnaces maintain precision temperature to within +/- 5 degrees Celsius. Furnaces can be integrated with thermal couples for digital readout to data capture for optimized process control. All of our furnaces include integrated PID controls for power and temperature control.
